Face Filter

My self-initiated project explores the visual aesthetics of Hype Williams' influential 1998 film 'Belly,' translating its distinctive color palette and lighting techniques into interactive AR experiences. I created a series of face filters that merge iconic fashion elements and cultural trends with cutting-edge technology. Using 3D modeling and Spark AR's programming environment, I developed filters that not only reference the film's visual language but also incorporate interactive elements that respond to user movements and expressions. These filters represent a fusion of cinematic inspiration, fashion sensibility, and technical innovation in the AR space.
